To replace the rollers, ensure the unit is turned off before removal or replacement. Push down on the button located on the top of the unit head to release the roller head. While holding down the button, pull the top of the roller head to release it from the unit. Each roller head has two ends: Post A, the fixed grey square post, and Post B, the movable white round post that presses inward. Note that roller heads will only fit in one way, so do not force them. To attach a new roller head, place the fixed grey square post (A) into the bottom hole of the unit head, then push down on the movable white round post (B) on top of the roller head and slide it into position until it clicks into place. Ensure the roller head is firmly in position before turning on the unit.
If the roller heads become nicked, worn, or broken, they should be replaced. Roller heads can last through several sessions, depending on the frequency of use and the size of the area. Replace them as needed.
